About Sage & Page

Who is Sage & Page?

We're a small, independent online bookshop focused on self-help and personal-growth titles. Rather than stock everything, we read widely and put up only the books we'd genuinely recommend to a friend.

Why do you only carry a few books?

On purpose. A short, trustworthy shelf beats an endless catalogue you have to wade through. We add new titles slowly — and only when they earn their place.

How do you choose which books to stock?

Every title passes a simple test before it goes up: is it genuinely useful, is it clear, does it respect your time, and would we recommend it to someone we know? If it can't pass all four, it doesn't make the shelf.

Orders & payment

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so email us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of ordering — and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation lands in your inbox right after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on the way.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Will I pay customs or duties?

For most orders, no. On some international deliveries a customs fee or import duty may apply depending on your country's rules — these are set by your local authorities, not by us.

What's your return policy?

Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

How do I request a refund or return?

Just email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it — no hassle.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?

We're sorry about that! Email us a photo along with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

My order hasn't arrived — can you help?

Absolutely. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
