At Sage & Page, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have **30 days** from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
* In the same condition that you received it;
* Free from excessive damage, markings, or alterations;
* Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We understand that buying a book online can be a personal decision. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to make things right.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@sageandpage.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on where and how to send your item.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, as we may be unable to process returns sent without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
* The item arrived damaged;
* The item is defective;
* The wrong item was sent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than **15 business days** have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@sageandpage.com
Exchanges
If you'd like a replacement copy due to damage or a printing defect, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement where appropriate.
If you'd prefer a different title, the easiest option is to return your original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong book, contact us within **3 days** of delivery at support@sageandpage.com with:
* Your order number;
* A description of the issue;
* Photos showing the damage or error.
We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following generally cannot be returned:
* Gift cards;
* Downloadable digital products;
* Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@sageandpage.com
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or shipped.

The books sold through our store are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Returns and refunds do not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or copy any part of the content beyond what is permitted by law.
