Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sage & Page. We want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible, so here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing

Once you place an order, we begin preparing it for shipment within 1–3 business days.

You'll receive:

  • An order confirmation email shortly after your purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

To keep our books affordable and accessible to readers worldwide, orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our printing and fulfillment partners. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer than large online marketplaces, but your order will remain fully trackable whenever tracking is available.


Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom & Europe 5–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand 5–10 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • High shipping volumes

Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance delays for international shipments.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow several days for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be fulfilled from different facilities and shipped separately.

If your order arrives in multiple packages or appears incomplete, please allow additional time for the remaining shipment(s) to arrive before contacting support.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sage & Page has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing an order.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses;

  • Packages delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer;

  • Additional shipping fees resulting from address errors.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@sageandpage.com, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package:

  • Appears lost;

  • Has not received tracking updates for more than 10 business days;

  • Arrives damaged;

please contact us at support@sageandpage.com with your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items).

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
